OVERVIEW
Welcome to The Collector's Workbench ("The Collector's Workbench," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of collectorsworkbench.com and the products and services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). The Collector's Workbench is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 - ABOUT OUR BUSINESS
The Collector's Workbench sells curated card-storage and card-protection products, including top loaders, sleeves, storage boxes, and related organizational supplies for trading card and collectible enthusiasts.
We do not hold all inventory on-site. Some or all orders are fulfilled on our behalf by a third-party fulfillment partner, and may ship directly from that partner's facility to you. Estimated delivery times and shipping details are described in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 2 - ACCOUNT AND ELIGIBILITY
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Services.
To purchase products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to correct pricing or product description errors, even after an order has been submitted.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, colors, and images of our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Because certain orders are fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment partner, package contents may arrive in generic or unbranded packaging, and orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and fulfillment partner processing times.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COLLECTOR'S WORKBENCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
